THE PURSUIT OF HEIGHT.

2.36 metres. A Greek record. The height a body reaches when preparation, discipline and belief arrive at the same moment.

We built a workout space around that idea - not around the number, but around what it takes to reach it. The work. The rest that makes the work count. And the people who show up beside you every time.

Raise your limits

I’m Lambros Papakostas. For more than 20 years, competing at the highest level taught me to persevere, evolve, and push beyond my limits.

2.36 is my Greek national record in the high jump. Today, it represents something more: a philosophy of growth, where body and mind work together to reach higher.

You don’t have to reach 2.36.
You just have to go beyond your own limit.

APEX CLIMB NUMERALS

Apex

The highest point. The moment preparation meets result. It's brief, and it's the reason for everything below it.

Climb

The way up. The daily effort, the consistency, the progress nobody applauds. This is where the record is actually made.

Numerals

The number as proof. 2.36 is not a name. It's a performance that happened, on a day, by a body that had done the work.

Three words for how it actually works.

Train.Pause.Repeat

The pursuit. The effort that has a direction and a standard behind it.

The part most gyms skip. Recovery that protects the work — and the space to be human, to breathe, to know the people training beside you. Rest is not the opposite of progress. It's part of it.

No hacks, no six-week miracles. Just showing up, and rising by a margin so small nobody notices but you. Do that long enough and the number takes care of itself.
